8 minutes, that’s how long it takes light to travel to the Earth from the sun. For this spacey performance, young British choreographer Alexander Whitley draws his inspiration from the breathtaking images and data of the solar science research performed by scientists of the British Space Centre. Electroacoustic music innovator Daniel Wohl composed the score. Visual artist Tal Rosner’s high-definition imagery completes this compelling mix of dance, music and film.
