Mix of dance styles lights the fuse
Frenzied footwork is the accelerator of C A R C A S S, the latest creation by Portuguese choreographer Marco da Silva Ferreira. A dozen dancers link the heritage of European folk dances to the physical vocabulary of contemporary urban dance styles, such as house, Angolan kuduro, hardstyle, etc. In a white fluorescent decor, the dancers develop into an unconventional corps de ballet. Visual fireworks guaranteed! The perfect opener for December Dance 22!
