Primal rhythms in a surround sound concert

Around 200,000 years ago, early humans created their very first music. They listened to their heartbeat and then knocked stones together as they gazed up at the sky. In The Well-Tempered Circle, Stefaan Quix forges these first, primitive beats into a concert. Eight percussionists surround the audience with a soundscape that is reminiscent of a mass of crickets on a hot day. Take a seat in the middle of the sound, close your eyes and let yourself be transported to this spatial sound universe.
