Quirky keyboard virtuoso for the first time in Bruges
Bruges audience favourite the Rotterdam Philharmonic bring us music from composers’ early years. Alongside fresh and sparkling work by the young Mendelssohn and even younger Mozart, they also perform a brand new creation by Dutch composer Carlijn Metselaar. The Mozart piano concerto is performed by Fazil Say, who has been enchanting audiences for more than a quarter of a century with his exciting, eternally young playing style. It is almost as if we are experiencing the piece’s creation live!
