Bodies dancing in dialogue with the Concertgebouw’s architecture
Away from our usual dance stage, we roam through the Concertgebouw. In a short creation, Meytal Blanaru and Kinga Jaczewska depict how a body relates to other bodies and its environment. In her solo, Meytal Blanaru objectifies the female form in a confrontational play with the audience. Drawing on her interest in the Brutalist movement, Kinga Jaczewska’s two dancers explore the Concertgebouw’s concrete architecture.
