We often don't know the how and the why of Bach's motets. But the quality of these gems is clear to all. The singers of British ensemble Solomon's Knot – specialists in detail – emphasise that quality by singing by heart and without a conductor. For us they perform a selection, combined with work from Bach's family tree.
