Amorous adventures in poetic madrigals

Fleeing to a fantasy Golden Age, eminent poets Tirsi, Filli, Clori and Amarilli unashamedly live out their whimsical adventures there, full of ups and downs. Madrigal composers were only too happy to accompany them. Exquisite repertoire of which Philippe Herreweghe is the master.
