A ‘danse macabre’ for the 21st century

Dances of Death gives us a breath-taking picture of what a ‘danse macabre’ might look like in 2020. Michiel Vandevelde and his five dancers take us on an intensive journey through art history. Dances of Death is a ritual trance experience that very tangibly and physically explores major themes such as parting and dying.
