New myth about our broken relationship with a world in crisis
Trapped in an unhappy marriage, a woman yearns for a world beyond the limits of the flesh and an existence outside the conventions of human society. The spark of a secret love ignites an explosive metamorphosis, and the woman finds salvation as a tree. But the world turns out to be as dark a place for trees as it is for people. Join us on a trip to Lille and enjoy the premiere production of a new chamber opera inspired by Ovid, awarded with the prestigious FEDORA opera prize 2021.
