Da Ponte’s drama in a new jubilee production
Who wouldn't want to be Don Giovanni for a while? Enjoying life and love with never a care for the trail of broken hearts you leave in your wake? Mozart's timeless opera poses questions that still stir minds today. But beware, because the Don Giovanni’s of the world do get what is coming to them and he who laughs last, laughs best. Concertgebouw Brugge takes you along to Guy Cassiers’ latest production for Opéra de Lille, which this season is celebrating its 100th anniversary.
This performance is incorrectly announced in the season brochure on Wednesday 11 October. The trip to Opéra de Lille does take place on Thursday 12 October.
