You can’t learn to swim by reading about it; you have to leap into the water and do it for real. The same applies to calming the mind. In this workshop you will be introduced to concentration techniques that sooth a restless mind. Via the 'choiceless awareness' technique, you will also learn to register thoughts, emotions and physical sensations as a detached observer, without judging them or getting caught up in them.
