New ticketing flow
Behind the scenes, we have spent months perfecting a new ticketing system and that brand-new system is now up and running. Our main aim is to offer you a user-friendly and convenient way to book seats. It is now our pleasure to introduce you to the changes/improvements and our new Concertgebouw-application. We’re sure you will master this new system in next to no time.
What will change for you?
The innovations:
- When buying tickets on our website, you no longer need to enter a password. If you are already known to our system, your email address will be sufficient.
- You will no longer have an account or wish list on our website. These have been replaced by our Concertgebouw app (see below for the benefits). The wallet in which you could previously store your e-tickets will not be compatible with Concertgebouw tickets purchased from now on.
- Choosing and ordering a flexible season ticket has been simplified (see below).
Download the Concertgebouw app
- Our handy app is available for Android and iOS smartphones. Just follow the links and installation will be (almost) automatic.
- Log into our app using the email address you previously used to book tickets and all your previously purchased tickets will appear in the app.
- Did you also book tickets for friends? If they have also installed our app, it is very easy for you to send them those tickets.
- Programme changes? Thanks to the app, you will be informed of changes very quickly.
Ordering a flexible season ticket
- The price of a flexible season ticket used to be calculated automatically in your shopping cart. There is now this separate order page for this.
- Season tickets are strictly personal. That is why we ask you to enter a name.
- You can select from an extensive list of performances easily and smoothly. In addition to your season ticket, you can also book individual tickets from that list.
- Seats are allocated automatically, but you can adjust these to your liking in your shopping cart.
