How can an artist and a scientist work together? Does artistic freedom hinder science, or does it nourish it? And conversely, can science inspire art? Sammy Baloji and Filip De Boeck can tell us. The two worked together on a research project in Congo, which resulted in the book Suturing the City. To mark the 600th birthday of KU Leuven, the photographer and the anthropologist are once again joining forces.
