Ultimate tribute to the public space and hip-hop culture
Via hip-hop, outcasts carve out their own space, a place in which they can champion visibility and self-expression, a safe space that empowers people of all ages. In this performance by dancer and choreographer Mohamed Toukabri b-boying and graffiti are central. We all see graffiti in the streets, in the station and so on, but few of us understand its codes. What are the stories behind it and who are the people who create it?
This performance by Mohamed Toukabri is cancelled due to health reasons and replaced by the performance Rasp Your Soul by Kat Valastur.
