Icon of contemporary dance William Forsythe became world famous with Ballet Frankfurt and The Forsythe Company. Especially for December Dance, he and three former associates have created two short works, exclusively for our Chamber Music Hall. Forsythe is known for casting the structures of classical ballet into new, contemporary forms. The audience are invited to watch very closely – almost as if they were in a museum – and to discover new and surprising movement patterns behind what is immediately visible.
