Anima Eterna's recording of Mozart's complete piano concertos in 1990 was a milestone and the start of a beautiful journey alongside Wolfgang Amadeus. This evening our resident artist focuses on four compositions penned by the (then twenty-year-old) genius, such as his Symphony no.29 – pure theatre-for-orchestra – and his surprising Serenata notturna. A special place in the spotlight is reserved for Jane Gower, the soloist in Mozart's only surviving bassoon concerto: playful and lyrical, with a hint of Figaro!
