‘I’m very happy that despite everything we are able to welcome French ensemble Quatuor Ebène to Bruges. Their treating audiences to all of Beethoven's string quartets is a truly unique tour de force. The world tour of this prestigious project sadly had to be abandoned, but fortunately for us that means the quartet can now unexpectedly present the premiere of their contribution to Beethoven Year here in Bruges.
