In this workshop - as in all ADT performances - nature is central. Natural phenomena, such as the changing of the seasons, the transition from day to night and the ebb and flow of the tides, determine the tempo. Together with a teacher, you use contemporary dance to search for your roots and explore your connection with the earth.
