Nutcracking

In September, when our new season starts, the first nuts are already ripening. Many go to waste, so this year we are once again supporting our partner Cera’s nut collection campaign. Have you got a walnut tree? Or is there one in your friends' garden? From 22 October to 11 November you can bring any excess walnuts to the Concertgebouw. A few social workshops will then carefully crack and press them, to create a tasty nut oil. On Sunday, 22 October we celebrate the start of this nut collection campaign with a festive edition of Atelier Matinée, our Sunday morning breakfast and play moment. Step into a world nutty enough for the whole family and enjoy a delicious breakfast and/or go on our Concertgebouw Circuit. A cracking idea!
