Nutcracking

On Sunday, 13 October – in collaboration with Cera – we celebrate the start of Nutcracking, the walnut collection campaign. From 7 October to 11 November you can bring the walnuts you have collected to the Concertgebouw. A few social workshops will then carefully crack and press them, to create a tasty nut oil. If you donate your bag of nuts during the extra-festive edition of our Atelier Matinée on Sunday, you can enter a world nutty enough for the whole family. A nutty racetrack? Check! Also on the programme: a fun craft activity for young and old(er), with a bit of music.

Can't be there? No problem. You can bring your walnuts to our stage door until 11 November, 2024, daily from 09.00 to 17.00.
