All Arias
Music Theatre Biennial 2021
During the new biennial All Arias festival, cultural partners from Bruges, Antwerp and Ghent join forces to present a compelling programme of domestic and foreign music theatre. The central guest in this first edition is Lebanese composer Bushra El-Turk. In her new project Woman at Point Zero she focusses on the oppression of women in the Arab world, a topic in full keeping with the festival theme: ‘a voice for the voiceless’. In addition to a whole range of music theatre productions, All Arias brings us a truly urban project: new music theatre by residents of the three organising cities.
